Dr. Kristy Ford,
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
SITE DIRECTOR
With more than 22 years of experience in counseling, Dr. Ford will support your personal growth as you examine your current patterns, choices, and options.
Her expertise and research interests include the application of mindfulness techniques for stress reduction, interpersonal neurobiology, multicultural issues related to the application of religiously accommodative treatments in counseling, and clinical counseling supervision.
Dr. Ford is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified LMHC Supervisor in the state of Florida.

Dr. Tonya Gardner,
Doctorate of Education
in marriage and FamilY Counselor
Dr. Gardner has a Doctorate of Education in Marriage and Family Counseling (Ed.D) from Liberty University (2020). She is also an instructor in the psychology program at the Baptist College of Florida.
Her experience includes guidance counseling, private practice, and community based care. She is currently accepting new clients for individual, couples, and family counseling. Her specializations include child and adolescent therapy, behavior management, and parent training.

Anne Marie is a Masters level counselor and a registered mental health counseling intern with the state of Florida. She has experience in private practice counseling and has worked for Hope Springs Counseling Group since August 2019. Anne Marie enjoys working with a wide variety of clients. Her counseling areas of interest include adolescent counseling, adjustment difficulties, spiritual and religious counseling, and mood disorders.
Anne Marie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Baptist College of Florida In 2017. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2020.
Anne Marie is a Marianna native that is passionate about bringing mental health care to the community.

CAITLYN DORRIETY,

Caitlyn is a Masters level counselor and a registered mental health counseling intern with the state of Florida. She has experience in child, adolescent, and family counseling and has worked for Hope Springs Counseling Group since May 2020. Caitlyn is passionate about working with children by integrating play and art into the counseling experience to allow children to communicate and process at a developmentally appropriate level.
Caitlyn received a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from The Baptist College of Florida in December of 2014. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2020.
Caitlyn currently resides in Dothan, AL and is excited to serve and provide support in the community.

Roquel Horne-Calhoun
Masters LEVEL Counselor
REGISTERED mental health counselor INTERN
Roquel is a Masters level counselor and a registered mental health counseling intern with the state of Florida. She has experience in substance abuse, severe mental illness, and dual diagnosis. She has worked for Hope Springs Counseling Group since April 2021.
Roquel received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of South Alabama in May of 2013. She received a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University-Dothan in July 2017.
Roquel currently resides in Dothan, AL and is excited to serve and provide support in the community.

BRIANA WEBB,
Masters Level Counselor
Briana is a masters level counselor. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Baptist College of Florida in December of 2019 and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University in May 2022. She joined Hope Springs Counseling Group in January 2021.
Her passions for counseling are marriage and family therapy, counseling for children, infant mental health, and spiritual counseling. She lives in Jackson County, Florida and is passionate about opening people's hearts to counseling and seeking help when it is needed.

SUMMER PERHAY KUBA, PH.D., ED.S, MSW (ISW16995)
REGISTERED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Dr. Summer Kuba is a registered clinical social worker intern with the state of Florida. Her passion includes working with children with therapy utilizing play, counseling adolescents through a myriad of challenges, college/career counseling, and integrating spirituality and religiosity into counseling. She has over 15 years of diverse counseling experience working with children and adolescents ranging from early childhood to young adulthood. She has worked in various settings, including schools, residential children’s centers, in-home counseling, residential and outpatient drug treatment facilities for adolescents, and with the Juvenile Division of the Florida State Attorney’s Office.
Dr. Kuba obtained the following degrees: Master of Social Work (ISW16995), University of Central Florida; Master of Art in Education, University of Phoenix; Education Specialist in School Counseling, Florida Atlantic University; and Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling, Florida Atlantic University.
Dr. Kuba offers individual counseling services in-office to clients on the Treasure Coast (Martin and St. Lucie County) and telemental health sessions throughout the state of Florida.

Laurie Hargrave,
Office Administrator
Laurie joined Hope Springs as the office administrator in summer of 2022. She works to welcome clients to the office, schedule appointments, communicate with referral sources, and coordinate client care.
Laurie's education background in psychology and communications and years of experience working in an office setting make her a valuable resource to clients seeking to connect with the right therapist for their needs.

Autumn Nickens,
Graduate Level Intern, Liberty University
Autumn joined Hope Springs as a graduate level intern through Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in the summer of 2022. Her education background includes a Bachelors in applied science in business management from Peru State College in 2015.
Autumn plans to finish her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in May of 2023. She enjoys counseling those dealing with life transitions, grief, and Christian and spiritual counseling needs.
